How did you first get started in avocado growing?
We’ve been farming for three generations. Avocados became a focus after we recognised the potential of our land and Queensland’s climate for growing high-quality fruit. We’ve built on those years of family agricultural knowledge to perfect our processes.

We are one of Australia’s largest avocado growers, now operating with the 3rd generation, with vertically integrated operations that allow us to maintain control from orchard to market. What’s your favourite way to eat avocado?
Keep it simple!! A beautiful medium rare steak, salad with grilled veges and avocado. We also do a chunky guacamole, avocado, lime, a little bit of chilli, salt and pepper. Keep it chunky so you can taste the delicious Avocado and savour the flavour!!
