  • A twist on a tropical Piña Colada, featuring tequila, avocado purée, banana purée, pineapple juice and coconut milk. The avocado purée adds a delicious touch of textural creaminess.

Ingredients

Cocktail

  • 30ml Tequila
  • 10ml Australian avocado, purée
  • 10ml Banana, purée
  • 10ml Pineapple juice
  • 10ml Coconut milk

Preparation

Cocktail

  • Blitz tequila, avocado purée, banana purée, pineapple juice and coconut milk with ice.
  • Dump into glass.
