Chef Notes

  • Combines avocado washed tequila, a white vermouth blend and orange bitters, garnished with a drop of avocado oil for a smooth finish.

Ingredients

Cocktail

  • 30ml Tequila
  • 20ml White vermouth
  • Orange bitters
  • Avocado oil for garnish

Fat-Washed Tequila

  • 500ml Tequila
  • 250ml Avocado oil

Preparation

Cocktail

  • Stir tequila and vermouth in ice, add orange bitters.
  • Double strain into glass.
  • Garnish with avocado oil.

Avocado Oil

  • Freeze the tequila & oil, let it solidify for 12 hours.
  • Filter and scrape the oil off.
  • You now have a fat-washed spirit.
