Ingredients
- 10g Mint for garnish
- 50ml Avocado Green Goddess (see Mitch Orr’s recipe here)
- ½ Australian avocado, chopped
- 50g Crumbed Greek feta
- 20g Peas
- Watercress for garnish
Preparation
- Cook the lamb loin chops on the grill for 4-5 minutes on each side and then rest.
- Add the chopped avocado to the avocado green goddess.
- Sauce the lamb with the avocado green goddess.
- Finish with feta and peas.
- Garnish with watercress and mint.
