Ingredients

  • 1 Australian avocado
  • 240g Mayonnaise
  • 200g Sour cream
  • 240g Buttermilk
  • 21g Lemon juice
  • 14g Extra virgin olive oil
  • 14g Garlic powder
  • 14g Onion powder
  • Salt & white pepper
  • 10g Parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 Bunch chives, finely sliced

Preparation

  1. Using a vita mix or thermo mix, blend avocado with lemon juice till smooth, add all ingredients except herbs.
  2. Pulse together until combined, taste and season.
  3. Pour into a bowl and fold in fine herbs.
  4. Serve on the side of fried chicken tenders or wings.
