Ingredients
- 2.5 Tsp ripe Australian avocado
- 4 Slices jalapeño 1.5mm sliced
- 2 Sprigs mint
- 30ml Lime juice
- 60ml Hennessy VSOP
- 15ml Triple sec
- 15ml Agave syrup
Preparation
- In a boston shaker base, muddle Australian avocado with slices of jalapeño.
- Slap the mint to extract oils and flavour and add to the shaker with lime juice, giving an extra muddle to combine.
- Add ice, Hennessy, triple sec, agave syrup. Hard shake for 20 seconds so it emulsifies.
- Double strain into a salt rimmed rocks glass, garnish with a sprig of mint.
