- Avocado fat-washed tequila, chocolate mezcal, chocolate bitters, served with a frozen avocado pit ice cube, a milky way chip and a chocolate pearl.
- Boozy, short and chocolatey.
Ingredients
Cocktail
- 30ml Fat-Washed Tequila
- 20ml Chocolate mezcal
- Dash of chocolate bitters
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- Frozen pit for an ice cube
Fat-Washed Tequila
- 500ml Tequila
- 250ml Avocado oil
Preparation
Cocktail
- Shake tequila, mezcal and sugar with ice.
- Double strain into glass with a frozen pit.
- Add chocolate bitter and garnish.
Fat-Washed Tequila
- Freeze the tequila & oil, let it solidify for 12 hours.
- Filter and scrape the oil off.
- You now have a fat-washed spirit.
