Ingredients

Avocado Hummus

  • 1 Australian avocado
  • 4 Tbsp chickpeas
  • 1 Pinch grated garlic
  • 1 Tbsp tahini
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • Half a lemon (zest and juice)
  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 Pinch of sweet paprika
  • 1 Tbsp coarsely chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 Flat bread

Preparation

Avocado Hummus

  1. Pop the Australian avocado, chickpeas, garlic and tahini into a blender.
  2. Blend until mixed together.
  3. Season with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon onto a warmed flatbread.
  5. Top with lemon zest, parsley and sesame seeds.
