Ingredients
Avocado Hummus
- 1 Australian avocado
- 4 Tbsp chickpeas
- 1 Pinch grated garlic
- 1 Tbsp tahini
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- Half a lemon (zest and juice)
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 Pinch of sweet paprika
- 1 Tbsp coarsely chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper
- 4 Flat bread
Preparation
Avocado Hummus
- Pop the Australian avocado, chickpeas, garlic and tahini into a blender.
- Blend until mixed together.
- Season with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Spoon onto a warmed flatbread.
- Top with lemon zest, parsley and sesame seeds.
