Ingredients
- 1 Australian avocado
- 240g Mayonnaise
- 200g Sour cream
- 240g Buttermilk
- 21g Lemon juice
- 14g Extra virgin olive oil
- 14g Garlic powder
- 14g Onion powder
- Salt & white pepper
- 10g Parsley, finely chopped
- 1 Bunch chives, finely sliced
Preparation
- Using a vita mix or thermo mix, blend avocado with lemon juice till smooth, add all ingredients except herbs.
- Pulse together until combined, taste and season.
- Pour into a bowl and fold in fine herbs.
- Serve on the side of fried chicken tenders or wings.
